Blog updates: In a continuing effort to post something beautiful/simple throughout the week, my good friend/first reader/haiku queen Dawn Serene has agreed to give me permission to feature some of her work. So we can look forward to a “Serene Haiku” every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. As a disclosure, I would like to state that these are her original pieces. If for some reason you are interested in a particular haiku, leave me a comment, and i will gladly hook you up with Dawn directly. So you two crazy kids can work out whatever need be.
Cat tree update: I have the Bonsai Cat Tree Gallery up and running on the blog! Now, you can view every tree, with the option of clicking on to enlarge. So you will be able to see all those crazy-fantastic details! When you go to the gallery, you will be greeted by the following tree:

I’ve been exploring what all this WordPress blog can do. Which has led me to build an additional page: Three Rivers Deep: On Pinterest . Now people coming in from Pinterest will have this as a more relevant landing page, Woot!
For my next trick, i will learn how to use the WordPress gallery feature. This i anticipate will give me the additional super power of “photo pied piper.” Henceforth, hundreds of photographs will line up in neat order when i whistle and deem it so. I might even be able to build a Cat Tree photo gallery page!!!

Cat tree update: Project complete, delivered successfully! And now, I have some funds to put toward my studio remodel project. Gotta love that!
I will upload/post photos of the completed cat tree, as soon as i get a spare moment. In the meanwhile, i hope that everyone has a fun/safe upcoming 4th of July weekend!
